Hotaler Creator Program — Terms & Conditions

1. The Program
The Hotaler Creator Program lets approved content creators earn a share of Hotaler's booking commission on bookings attributed to them via their unique tracking link or referral code. Participation is free and does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Ween Networks LLC.
2. Eligibility & Approval
Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and may ask for verification of your identity or social accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payments in your country of residence.
3. Attribution
A booking is attributed to you when the guest arrives through your tracking link (valid for 30 days from the click, with the most recent valid link winning) or enters your referral code at checkout. A referral code entered at checkout takes precedence over a link. Attribution is determined solely by Hotaler's systems.
4. Earnings
Your earning on an attributed booking is a percentage share ("commission share") of the commission Hotaler actually realises on that booking. Your commission share percentage is set individually, is shown in your dashboard, and may be changed prospectively; earnings already accrued keep the share that applied when they accrued. Bookings on which Hotaler realises no commission produce no earning. Earnings accrue only after the guest's stay is completed and the underlying commission is confirmed. Cancelled bookings, no-shows without realised commission, and reversed commissions produce no earning; any related accrued earning is voided.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following lead to removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings: booking through your own link or code for yourself or on your own behalf; incentivising bookings through misleading claims; publishing your code on coupon or deal-aggregation sites; spam or paid search on Hotaler brand terms; and any artificial or fraudulent traffic or bookings.
6. Payouts
Accrued earnings become payable after stay completion and commission confirmation. Payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, supported payout methods, and any applicable withholding taxes (including TDS where required in India) will be communicated in your dashboard before your first payout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you provide and for your own tax obligations.
7. Content & hotel collaborations
Content you create remains yours. Any stay, fee, or deliverable arrangement with a hotel is between you and that hotel unless expressly stated otherwise; Hotaler provides the booking and attribution infrastructure. You must comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules (e.g. marking sponsored content) on every platform where you post.
8. Data
Your dashboard shows aggregated statistics only. Guest personal data from attributed bookings is never shared with creators.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via your dashboard or email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance. Either side may end participation at any time; lawfully accrued, non-forfeited earnings above the payout threshold will still be paid out.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
