Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hotaler (hotaler.com) is a hotel booking platform operated by Ween Networks LLC, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 825543). Hotaler connects guests directly with properties; the accommodation contract is between the guest and the property.
1. Property-set cancellation policies
Every rate on Hotaler carries a cancellation policy set by the property. The policy — including any free-cancellation deadline or non-refundable condition — is displayed on the room before you confirm, and again on your booking confirmation. By completing a booking you accept the cancellation policy of the rate you selected.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting our support team with your booking reference. Cancellations are confirmed by email. Where a rate allows free cancellation, no charge applies if you cancel before the stated deadline.
3. Pay at property bookings
Most Hotaler bookings are paid directly to the property at check-in, so no amount is charged online at the time of booking. If such a booking is cancelled within the rate's cancellation terms, nothing is owed. If it is cancelled outside those terms or in case of a no-show, the property may charge the penalty stated in the rate's policy.
4. Prepaid bookings and refunds
Where a booking is paid online, refunds follow the cancellation policy of the rate. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund except where the property agrees or applicable law requires it.
5. Changes to a booking
Date or room changes are subject to the property's terms and to availability. Where a change affects the price, the difference is shown before you confirm the change.
6. Charges by Hotaler
Hotaler does not charge guests a booking fee. All prices shown are all-in, with taxes and fees included in the displayed price. Any fees collected by the property itself (such as local tourism fees payable at the property) are disclosed before booking.
7. Help with a refund
If you believe a refund is due and has not arrived, contact us with your booking reference and we will follow up with the property and, where applicable, the payment provider.
