Welcome to Hotaler. By accessing or using hotaler.com (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Using Hotaler

Hotaler connects guests with independent hotels. We display rates and availability provided by properties and pass your reservation to the hotel. The booking contract is between you and the property.

2. Prices and payment

All rates shown are all-in — taxes and fees are included in the displayed price. Unless stated otherwise, you pay the property directly at check-in. No card is charged to reserve.

3. Cancellations and changes

Each rate carries the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking, set by the property. Please review it before reserving. Changes are subject to the property's terms.

4. Hoteliers

Properties listing on Hotaler are responsible for the accuracy of their rates, availability, content and policies, and for honouring confirmed bookings.

5. Liability

Hotaler provides the Platform "as is" and is not the supplier of accommodation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of properties.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
