Yes. HOTALER charges hotels absolutely zero commission on bookings โ rooms, groups or MICE events. The only cost to the hotel is the annual AMC (Annual Maintenance & Connectivity) fee.
The AMC covers full platform access, all software updates, PMS integration maintenance, metasearch connectivity, technical support and dedicated onboarding. It is a single transparent fee.
A small service fee is added to the guest's total at checkout โ similar to a service charge on any booking platform. The hotel receives the full room rate with no deduction.
Yes. You can start on the Property plan and upgrade to include Group + MICE at any time. Contact your account manager to activate the modules.
